I know first hand what it's like to be in a school district where kids are bused here and there and never get to go to their neighborhood school. If black parents really wanted their kids to go to a "better" school, then they have every right to move. Or better yet, make an effort to support their neighborhood school and bust butts if their kids are a disruption at school. This is just another big brother getting in the way and the whiners getting more handouts.
Or give the parents vouchers and let them send their kids to the schools they want them going to in the first place.
