I think the Mexicans are claiming lethal injection is cruel and unusual punishment.

He killed so many people so brutally in so many states, and was of course, an ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT!!! His delayed execution is a travesty and proves the need for more conservative Judges.

Indeed. He needs to just die already. Big time. If there was any REAL justice, we'd kill him and revive him and kill him again 15 times, then God would have His whack at him and make the executions look like patty cakes. THAT would be real justice.
Does anyone REALLY think that if Racindez Ramirez whatever his name is, was a pale white skinned redneck from Texas or Arkansas, who had murdered 15 black or hispanic people, and was a U.S. Citizen and former military member, that this would be going on so long? Even the Anti-Death penalty crowd would be frothing at the mouth for his execution and they'd want the chair to be brought back to make it more painful. This has everything to do with the fact that he's not white, he's illegal, and the libs just can't let this execution happen no matter how much he's earned it.
It isn't liberal judges saving his butt, but the fact that every conceivable legal roadblock is being raised by liberals and the Mexican government.
Most defendants don't get this kind of legal representation.
But what a poor choice to expend this kind of effort on. I guarantee none his lawyers would want share a bedroom with him for even one night.
