It would be for the better. But he's right and this should get very interesting. However, it will be spinned by any station that carries it.

The administration has to start somewhere and this is as good a place as any. :0)

Heh heh heh.

Truly, what does it matter anyway? The Slimes of New York doesn't give a damn about the truth anyway. Their "news" page for years has been a surrogate editorial page and has been used as a mouth organ for the Democrat party.

Let 'em find their "news" some other way. Plenty of Democrat party operatives will grant their fellow operatives at the Slimes interview time.

Replace the Slimes in the press corps with someone from the Pajama Media.

Nice sentiment but it will never happen.

Oops. Meant to add the House and the Senate should all do this. I think that the American people are looking for some kind of punishment for the Times giving up secrets. Let the Democrats take up for the Times and see how many friends that will get them.

Good! Now call a committee hearing with Keller, Risen and Lickemballs as witnesses, put them under oath and then make them disclose their sources or go to jail.

I wonder how far this will go. All the way to a federal prison, I hope.

Yeah, let the Times find out what a "chilling feeling" is really like!

At least J.D. has balls enough to stand up to the MSM......that is a lot more than can be said for Jorge and the congress-citters.

If I were the President I would have already thrown the editors of the NYT in Guantanamo.

But didn't the LATimes and the Wall Street Journal also report the story on the same day. Is he calling for the same action against those two papers?

Permanent revocation of credentials for the NY Times, and everyone working there (i.e., if an employee leaves to go to another company, he can't get credentials) with Congress and the entire United States government. Make it a firing offense to even be seen in the company of, or talking to, a NY Times reporter, editor or worker, or to communicate with the NY Times in any form, oral, written or electronic (or tom tom, for that matter).

Do the same thing for the LA Times, but make it a 1 year loss of credentials.

Do the same thing for the WSJ, but make it a 3 month loss of credential.

Oh, and blacklist from government contracts any company that advertises in the any of those papers after a cut-off date (and offer to compensate advertisers if they've prepaid).

THEN, get serious about criminal charges....
