BAGHDAD, Iraq Coalition forces killed one terrorist and detained five others during raids in Southern Baghdad June 25.
Intelligence from the recent Abu Musab Al-Zarqawi killing led forces to target these suspects. One of the suspects was directly associated with several senior-level al-Qaida members.
Security forces cleared multiple buildings and detained the five suspects without incident. One suspected terrorist approached the forces and ignored verbal warnings and warning shots, so they engaged and killed him.
Several women and children were present at the raid sites. None were harmed and all were returned to their homes once the troops ensured the area was secure.
Good work guys. The information gathered at the site of Zaqwari's departure for hell has been a bonanza.
Keep up the good work!
How many women and/or children were killed on 9-11? How many children lost their mothers and fathers? How many children have been killed by islamic terrorists?
What does "present at the raid" mean? were the women and children providing cover for the terrorists?
These are just questions, not meant to imply anything in particular..just questions. I like a PC war myself. So satisfying, so right, so, I dont know..understanding of other culture and feelings..sure makes the USA look and feel good..yep! I love a PC war /s
The IDF knows what's going on,let the media sort through the pieces.
LOL! The media cant sort its own panties. But if panties are found on the heads of terrorists they are outraged!
It is my opinion that we need less terrorists in captivity and more in the ground - where they belong.
