Let's not forget the the Worst President of the 20th Century also responded to the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan by boycotting the Olympics and did nothing to stop the Iran-Iraq war from starting or stop the descent of Lebanon into terrorist control. And his Israel-Egypt peace agreement gained what for the region, exactly, other than an expectation of land for "peace"?

Good Job, JD. Clinton inherited what what have been a good outcome in Somalia, but at the first sign of trouble, he turned tail and fled. While there are many underlying causes, I think this was the flashpoint..
