Sink's in mourning over Dallas losing in the NBA playoffs. Not to put too fine a point on it, but stinkspur is basically a contrarian. Unlike Annie, whose remarks are usually dead on, he seems to take some pride in garnering some fleeting attention by spouting off counterproductive points. Otherwise, he's harmless.

He was the only member of Sensenbrenner's Committee to vote against renewal of the Voting Rights Act.
