I thought sarin had a short shelf life? Were these weapons still dangerous?

Mustard is persistent. Both are still dangerous if in the shell; Sarin is non-persistant after it's released, which only means it would be probably hours or maybe days but not weeks of killing.

I don't know but the bottom line is Iraq didn't come clean to the US or the UN.
