The Pacific Missile Testing Range at Barking Sands is on alert. This would be a support role for surface vessels, tracking and targeting. Taepodong 2 doesn't have the range, falls short of reaching Hawaii. This test has been reported to be in the 9000 mile range. That's a three stage missile.
