Somehow I don't believe this either.
Neither do I. I think he's being given credit to make it appear that someone's in charge rather than their being in disarray.
It doesn't even matter. They were murdered by barbarians.
Who did it- who claims credit..is not important.
What is important is how our elected leaders and our military responds.
I await that response with keen interest.
