Can we tell how many threads are started each day, (and how many replies are sent each day) compared to the Kos?

Seems to me that total registered readers is more than double Kos, and daily hits by non-writers are higher as well.

All the MSM pimping makes a difference: http://www.google.com/trends?q=%22daily+kos%22%2C+%22free+republic%22%7Cfreerepublic&ctab=0&geo=all&date=all but that's a somewhat good thing. The more ordinary people who visit that freak show the better.

Fear not. While some of these lunatics were trumpeting their popularity and success and stating that they "owned" the net, someone more grounded in reality suggested they not get carried away and mentioned the enormous online community that FreeRepublic has. (Yes, I actually listened to some of it. They also kept reassuring themselves that they were not really radical or far left.)
