Democrats discover support in 'netroots' (Neo-Stalinism: Democrats agree with Osama Bin Laden)
Washington Times ^ | 2006 Jun 10 | Charles Hurt

LAS VEGAS -- After years of demoralizing political failures, Democrats have turned to the Internet for electoral salvation.

The heartbeat of this liberal "netroots" movement is gathering this weekend at an aging gambling house in hopes of plotting a political recovery for Democrats and the party's top elected leaders -- Senate Minority Leader Harry Reid of Nevada and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi of California -- will participate.

Hosted by the powerful liberal blog Daily Kos (www.dailykos.com), attendees will wrestle with tough tasks such as "Winning in the States" and debate whether Democrats really need to appeal to the South in order to win a national election.

The virtual leader of the movement is Markos Moulitsas, a blogger who transformed his online rant sheet into a Web site viewed by an estimated half-million readers and bloggers every day.

"These have been heady days for the people-powered movement," Mr. Moulitsas said in his keynote address he posted on his Web site yesterday.

"We're only four years old, from the early days when bloggers like Atrios and Jerome Armstrong at MyDD (www.mydd.com) inspired bloggers like me and countless others to stop railing at Fox News and our so-called 'liberal' pundits, and start publishing those rants on the Web."

And rant they do.

After the killing this week of Abu Musab Zarqawi -- one of the most vicious terrorists in the world -- bloggers flocked to the Daily Kos to post opinions somewhere short of the joy and relief felt by most Americans.

"Bush's idea of justice is bombs falling out of the sky?" reads the first posting. From there, they referred to President Bush as the "Butcher of Crawford," lamented the political boost the kill could provide to Mr. Bush and suggested that the whole thing might have been staged.

Highlights of the next page, one of the Neo-Stalinist Democrats agreed with Osama Bin Laden:

One of those surveyed posted a comment, which was later removed from the site, that said:

"I realized that I empathized and agreed with bin Laden's hatred of Bush and all he stands for. Bush is not America and while Binny may just be baiting us, I would welcome a truce if it included the impeachment of Bush as part of the bargain.

Here is another on from the first page, by another Neo-Stalinist Democrat (it smells like Democrats are hoping for terror attack against the White House to assassinate the President, and smells like the Stalin era of USSR for Stalin to get rid of anyone who he did not like just because of different views):

"Now we are rid of one murderous tyrant -- how about the removal of another one -- believed to be hiding in a safe-house at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue," wrote one frustrated blogger.

Probably other liberals/democrats think the same way too. I would never want to be mentally ill like these people.

You know, I check this site occasionally just to keep an eye on the movement of the 5th column and I have to say, these posters often call for open rebellion. I thought these comments were grounds for arrest and charges of treason but to the party of the Rats, it is just a part of their makeup. Some of these hatemongers are the worst of the worst and they just keep alive with the aid of world tyrants like Soros the savage. I can't imagine these psychotics ever capturing power again, but who knows what lies around the next corner.

YGBSM - The 'Powerful blog, daily Kos'?

I know the LSM quote often from the moonbats there - never been there myself.

Wonder what the real demographics of the site might be?

Can 12 year olds actually vote?

"I realized that I empathized and agreed with bin Laden's hatred of Bush and all he stands for. Bush is not America and while Binny may just be baiting us, I would welcome a truce if it included the impeachment of Bush as part of the bargain. "

Pretty much sums up the loony left moonbats in America today.
This psycho poster at Kos is basically giving expression to the thoughts of Al Franken, Randi Rhodes, Hanoi John Kerry, Howard Dean, The Swimmer, The New York Slimes, Dan Rather and the rest of the motley collection of loony left Bush-haters and MSM media in this country.
Just sickening.
Goes some way to explain why moonbat Kos has a 0-20 record on backing candidates for elections.

In a way, it is amusing to watch the socialist ThugoRats virtually digging through the rubbish cans looking for votes. Their fanatic Marxist uni-goal of existence, the regaining of power and control in Washington and elsewhere, will be their downfall.

Let them keep digging.

From what I can tell of it, Sites like Kos and DU are for those with IQ's some where in the neighborhood of oh say 65 or so.

These are people with an emotional reaction to this that or the other thing, and a DEEP desire to find or make up anything that remotely supports their irrational emotional reactions.

They have NO clue about what is really going on in the world. They do not read the information that is available, mostly because it does NOT fit into their pathological emotional rants. They do NOT wish to be informed, TRUELY informed about what is happening. They would rather be led by the nose, be one of the masses of sheep that follow foolish Sheppard's off the cliffs of reason and sanity.

Political Lemmings.

Being on the wrong side of history repeatedly, REALLY messes these poor gullible fools up.

Fortunately we live in a Democracy. What that means is that 51% of the people can pee in the cornflakes of the other 49, and the 49 just get to take it. They are too few in number, and those of us with both Brains and the ability to use critical thinking are here to make damn sure that we remain in the 51% group, and OUR political beliefs will continue to hold sway.

The main reason that Osama attacked us is that he believed we would not have the guts to repond. The Democrats seem determined to prove him right.

The idea that the Daily Kos is somehow powerful still puzzles me. Isn't what-his-name something like 0 for 20 in getting candidates elected? I mean it 0 for 20 seems like a reasonable kiss-of-death record to me.

This 'netroots' business is a monkey's paw for the Dems. On one hand, you can raise a ton of money by harnessing the energy of the hate-and-rage crowd. But the minute you do, you look like one of them yourself.

So far, nobody has figured out how to part these people from their money and get them to shut up at the same time. Let's hope nobody ever does.

Daily Pus and DummyUnderground represent the extreme, far-left nut fringe of the Dem/commie party. However they are by far the loudest. Most Dems are about as interested in the politics as most Republicans...very little. But if Freepers represent the far right, what does that mean? It means we believe in the U.S. constitution, limited government, free-enterprise, and freedom from socialist ie. government domination of our lives.

What do the Daily Pus and Dummyunderground people believe in? More government to the point of completely running your lives. Destruction of traditional moral values that built our country. Absence of allegiance to their own country. Weakening the military and giving in to terrorism. Establishment of a socialist economy that would effectively destroy our great economic engine. In short the Dem/commie adherents want to take down America. We want to build it up. Fortunately most average Dems are not nearly as nuttily leftist as the average lib blogger. But the blog-nuts run things in the Dem party now. And that is why they are so dangerous.

Actually, freepers are not far right. Realize the spectrum used to classify right and left has been shifted to the left so far that what was classed as a moderate in 1960 would now be classed as a right-wing fanatic. The media has done most of the shifting to serve their political agenda. Don't be misled, freepers are no more than moderates.
