I am deeply saddened by the departure of this great man. As a screenwriter, I was fortunate enough to secure the film rights to his story. He was not just a subject to me, but a dear person who regaled me with stories both hilarious and horrifying. I wish he would have been able to see his life on the big screen, but I know he will be proud. My only hope is that it can reach millions more. The power of one voice standing up to injustice is a lesson we can all learn.

What an honor and a priviledge,to have gotten to know him as you did. I have only met him a few times, but he was one of my heroes.
I used to work for Helen, and am so happy that she got to be with him these last few years. She too is a very wonderful , and heroic person.
My only hope is that it can reach millions more. The power of one voice standing up to injustice is a lesson we can all learn.
Yes I agree, I hope you are very good at what you do, because this is a very important story.
I wish my own brother who made these same issues his cause would have lived to see your film. Please keep me posted.
