The main issue isn't the smoking/non-smoking; it's the other undesirable behavior in which the subject is engaged.

Hey! Gambling and casino's aren't MY cup of tea either but at least they are smoker friendly.  And because of that, I commend them!

At least if I ever go there, I can go in, have a cup of coffee and a cigarette.  That alone prompts a draw.  As for gambling............not for me.
