Haditha is an insurgent controlled town. They could just as well as the Marines have shot these people or at least have caused the victems to be killed. I smell a setup.

That was the first "story" I heard in reference to this incident back in December. It's certainly plausible, but once again, I don't see the point in idle speculation until the investigations have been released.

We've been down this path before in this war with another Marine who was court martialed and exonerated.
