I can appreciate that. The curious thing is that Lay & Skilling didn't receive a lot more jury deliberation than they did. I would assume (always dangerous) that a jury not familiar with abstract financial dealings would be more cautious. I guess that's what I mean to say.

On the other hand, I daresay that some of Lay and Skilling's victims would have been willing to wait a bit to give them the death penalty.
