Notice how Mr. doom and gloom tancredo has never worked in a wealth producing endeavor.

The vast majority of his career has been on the public payroll.

OK. Mine has been working in a wealth producing endeavor, and I agree with him. So? What does that have to do with ANYTHING? Get a grip, you're losing it. Do you even work? LOL

Well your hero Ted Kennedy sure has worked hard in his life hasn't he? What a struggle it's been for Teddy lifting that bottle of booze up to his mouth everyday while he sells out the country.

Give it up, Mr. Mexico. Your heroes the Kennedys have never earned an honest dollar, but are determined to destroy this nation.

What has that got to do with his views on this?

You keep saying this about Conservative Republican Tom Tancredo. What is your point? His voting record on ALL conservative issues (not just immigration reform/border security) is nearly unparalleled in Congress. So, how could he be voting MORE conservative than he already is if he had done the things that you act like he should have done to make him more worthy? What is your damned point!? Or do you just enjoy trashing a good, solid conservative Republican on a conservative forum? How could Conservative Republican Tom Tancredo have better ratings than these?

100% "Best and Brightest" Rating from American Conservative Union (one of only 38 other Congressmen)
100% Rating from National Right to Life Committee
100% Rating from Conservative Index (Spring '05 - 75% lifetime, tied for second highest rating)
100% Rating from Concerned Women for America
100% Rating from Christian Coalition
100% Rating from Campaign for Working Families
100% Rating from FreedomWorks
98% Rating from National Tax Limitation Committee (average since 1999)
95% "Taxpayer Hero" Rating from Citizens Against Government Waste
95% Rating from Americans for Tax Reform
95% Rating from Christian Action Network
93% Rating from Eagle Forum (tied for second highest rating)
0% Rating from National Education Association
0% Rating from National Organization for Women
0% Rating from Brady Campaign
0% Rating from People for the American Way
0% Rating from Planned Parenthood
0% Rating from Pro-Choice America
There are few, if any, Congressmen with a better conservative voting record than this. Stop trashing him.

Let's all stay on the George Bush cheerleading squad (even if he is wrong) and rah-rah our country into oblivion. I agree with Tom Tancredo. And by the way, name a politician that is not on the public payroll.

Address the topic and stop putting down the man. That isn't an argument for or against Tancredo: It's arrogant stupidity. You are dismissed.

The same could be said for the rest of the political class in DC. I don't really see any relevance to this issue, aside from the fact that they may enjoy having a Mexican or two around for household chores.

Prior to his election to Congress in 1998, Tancredo worked as a schoolteacher

Are you saying that being a teacher isn't a worthwhile profession?

Mr. Tancredo has given a voice to a lot of people who have a serious concern about this big problem. ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION. Our strength in this country is NOT in our diversity when no one can communicate, and one culture is taken precedence over the existing culture.

Sorry, He is the vehicle to help bring to light and hopefully solve a real problem.
