I didn't count, but it kinda looks like at least twenty of those 101 are pushing the gay agenda. That would be 19 more than they need to make their point IMO.

If he was writing this for a college faculty, he should have suggested the following to improve their "diversity":
Write for the American Rifleman.
Listen to Rush Limbaugh.
Drive an SUV (over a Volvo).
Read a book by Buckley.
