A more skilled one would just clone your cell phone instead and steal your ID. Maybe we should just ban cell phones then. Add home phones to the ban list as well. Your phone is not as secure as you think. They can stop a mile down the road and use your home phone. In the mean time you are out thousands maybe all you own defending your innocence. No thanks. No Bench Warrant citing probable cause then No data IMO.
