Yep. My rep is unopposed in the primary in a largely partisan district. He might as well have his name engraved on his congressional seat. You have to pull a Duke Cunningham or die to lose an incumbant seat in California. On second thought, Sonny Bono DID die, and I think his wife still holds his seat.
