Bush has been hurt by the "all or nothing crew that claim to be the base.Those are the same loyalists that can`t win on the West Coast. In the mean time, GWB has cut taxes,has the economy exploding, and is winning the fight against the terrorists.(and no scandals) Of course thats not good enough for the winners that claim to be conservatives, but for me, its just fine.
