The problem with Bush is every straw that comes along breaks his back.

The Republicans have a lousy press team, and just can't seem to find the `nads' to strike back and put the RATS into a defensive position.

Always being on the defensive is NOT good, and he has used up all his shut up and ignore them cards long ago.

No argument here, but wait, someone just might come along and chastise you for not defending GW on each and every things he has or hasn't done. And I voted for him twice and donated money both times.

The "he/she is better than the alternative" argument has really been leaving a bad taste in "my" mouth for quite some time now.

The GOP was much more effective back in the 40 years of darkness as the "loyal opposition" other than the short bright spot when Newt led the charge. Of course he, being less than perfect for the social crowd, was dumped.
