''He's human; he made a mistake," she said, taking on another, patron, Ron Hall, who pooh-poohed Kennedy's announcement. ''If you can admit it, that's a good thing. That's the first step to moving on and recovering."

I'm going to use that line for my next IRS audit.

In case there is any doubt, we do have a two class system in this country....

If your name is Kennedy, the cops drive you home when you drunk drive.

I am starting to think that the cops might have driven Teddy home after he drove off a bridge so he could sleep it off. They figured they could get the girl the next day when it was ligh.

''He lost my vote, I'll tell you that," said the 58-year-old former Marine, who called himself a longtime Kennedy supporter. ''He's copping out. He's trying to make it look like he's the good guy. He should get arrested like everyone else."

Is this as close as it gets to intelligent life in R.I.? He's only now noticing what an idiot he keeps voting for?

Kennedy is above the law!

Where would we, the mere mortals, be if we pulled a stunt like this?

Cardinal O'Malley gave his absolution!

Liberalism is the only occupation where you can retire your brain and not miss it.

'He's very much for the people," he said, ''and when he's here, he's out and about."
Meaning - when he's not in rehab, a bar, CVS, getting a ride home, etc.

The Kennedys could spend more time in Betty Ford than Gerald Ford.

Just blocks away, at Cute Cuts Hair Salon on Exchange Street, Kennedy's travails struck a chord with Mike Smith, 35, a stylist who was washing a customer's hair. He was not faulting Kennedy.

''As long as he does what he's supposed to do, that doesn't change my opinion of him."

I'm vacationing in New England this summer and will make a special trip to Pawtucket to see if this guy is for real.

"Kennedy said he would enter a rehabilitation clinic for his addiction to pain medication ~snip~

"He's human; he made a mistake," --- "If you can admit it, that's a good thing. That's the first step to moving on and recovering."

Ohhh, I see...are the libs ready to shut UP about about Rush now? (and Rush is NOT even an elected official)

THEY (libs/dems) always have excuses for themselves and the other side gets a MsM lynching.

Yawn. It's the Rush Limbaugh defense. Admit your mistake, get help, the minions continue to worship at your feet. He's only...human.

High Court May Replace Miranda with Kennedy Rights
http://www.scrappleface.com/?p=2252

1 You have the right to remain silent and refuse to answer questions. Do you understand? If so, stagger randomly.

2 Anything you do say will be ignored and quickly forgotten, because you’re not yourself right now. Do you understand? If so, let your chin drop suddenly to your chest.

3 You have the right to consult a public relations firm before speaking to the police, and to have your PR spokesman present during questioning now or in the future. Do you understand? If so, say: ‘My umbersmand.’

4 If you cannot afford a public relations firm, one will be appointed for you before any questioning if you wish. Do you understand? If so, allow your eyeballs to roll back in their sockets.

5 Knowing and understanding your rights as I have explained them to you, are you willing to answer my questions without a public relations expert present? If you say ‘Yes’ or ‘No’, or make any sound at all, or say nothing, we will respect your right to remain silent and we’ll give you a ride home.

Image hosted by Photobucket.com nutz... this is the kind of behavior they signed up for when they voted for that POS and now it's paying off for them in spades by putting little road island on the map and in the news!!! sounds like a win-win to me.

Liberals will forgive Robert Patrick Kennedy. No one has expectations of a higher standard of conduct for liberals. Besides, they're always the eternal victims of society.
