HACKENSACK -- An illegal alien from Ecuador has been charged with raping a 6-year-old girl with Down syndrome, authorities said Thursday.
Manuel Contreras-Sanango, a 19-year-old busboy, was charged with aggravated sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a minor. He was being held on $250,000 bail Thursday at the Bergen County Jail.
Shortly before 3 a.m. on Monday, the girl's mother heard her crying in her bedroom, said Detective Capt. Frank Lomia. The woman passed an underwear-clad Contreras-Sanango, a distant relative staying in the woman's home, en route to the room, Lomia said.
When she entered the girl's room, she found the child lying on the floor and bleeding as a result of the sexual assault, Lomia said. The woman took the child to Hackensack University Medical Center, where she was treated and released.
After visiting the girl in the hospital, police went to the house and arrested Contreras-Sanango, Lomia said.

The rape opportunities are so much richer in this country than in Mexico. Plus, they'll rape for less money than a lazy American so this guy will be the first to get amnesty.
According to a recent statement by Rep. Steve King (R-IA) there are 8 American children who fall victim to sexual crimes committed by illegal aliens EVERY DAY. That is almost 3,000 American children EVERY YEAR who are sexually victimized by the invaders coming across our border. Add that to the 4,400 Americans murdered by illegal aliens every year and the 4,800 who are killed by illegal alien drunk drivers.

I would like to think he would serve some serious time. But given his status as an illegal, he will probably just be cited and told to come to court in 45 days as is currently standard [/sarc]. Gotta love the catch and release program.
Do we know how this person came to America? Does the US Gov't study to see where the FLOW is coming from, and are there any attempts to actually stop it? It would be nice to have had some true name, photo I.D, DNA and finger prints. If he is sent to Ecuador do they think that country will pay for his prison upkeep?
