No later than Monday, he's going to admit "a problem" and announce that he's "seeking treatment, for his family's sake."

At that point, we're all supposed to drop it, wish him well, and never mention the fact that he should be going to jail.

At least he didn't kill anybody. Or if he did, he got rid of the body quick enough to avoid further problems.

Do they make congress take random drug tests? Almost every other employer does. I think we really need to test these people!

Exactly.

From a post of mine on another thread:

Isn't that what they always do? It's SOP for the Kennedys.

First they have to call ALL their advisors in and brainstorm how to handle it; then he'll come on TV, probably in a living room setting, and have a "heart to heart" talk with all of the country.

I'm so tired of this long therapy session we've had with this family for the last 30 plus years.

It's too bad Burke Marshall is dead, isn't it?

Isn't this the second accident in so many weeks? Didn't he have a crash outside of a drug store when he drove threw an intersection without stopping? The story where he was too drunk to even write his own name?

Why is it drunken Kennedy's are allowed to drive while impaired and never get charged?
