A reasonable summary of those points, to me.
I do think that big quakes will be a part of the picture. I believe that there will be quakes very unprecedented unless one considers the sinking of Atlantis.
When 'men's hearts fail them for fear,' I think the triggers will be markedly above average--above even the average of the earlier worst quakes.
