I love this story.

What will Senator Clinton say next about her childhood aspirations? That she wanted to marry a sexed-up meathead who insists that "character is a journey?"

Senator Clinton's pretense is so substantial and so anal that it would be extremely difficult to believe anything she says.

The remarkable thing is that she expects people to believe what she says. Extraordinary.

They Clinton Worshipers will believe her because they want to. They want to have a royal presence lead them around by the nose.

My wife and her sisters all used to be hooked on the TV show, Sisters. There was an episode where Sela Ward was making the inaugural gown for Hillary after the 1992 election. The closing scene of the episode was Sela Ward, on her knees, looking up with a worshipful gaze to what was supposed to be Hillary being fitted for the dress. Just like a peasant would be expected to submit his/herself before royalty.

I asked my wife and her sisters if that scene seemed strange to them. A couple of them made some kind of comment that Hillary was an accomplished woman and should be admired. I pointed out that there was a huge chasm between admiring and getting on your knees before someone. That point was not so well received by those ladies.

On a good note, my wife thought that behavior was beyond strange.
