The way I read that she was 90 percent sure about the third player and he had a mustache in the picture, but not when he attacked her with the broom in the bathroom and left no DNA.
Do we have a team pic? Anyone have a mustache?
Is there any truth to the report that she asked the DA, during the photo lineup, do you have any pictures of their wallets?
I really hope that the powers that be at Duke find some spine/guts and don't allow this group anywhere on campus.
Nifong will be the one to blame if this thang turns into a race riot and some folks are itching for exactly that.

I'm confused too, but didn't a defense lawyer point out the as yet unidentified fictional perp 3 wasn't sporting a mustache at the time .. or maybe ever?

But the alleged third rapist had no mustache on the relevant night, if he ever had one, according to attorneys. They said photographs and eyewitnesses would prove their point.
Does this make sense?
I see the blame if we have a race riot as multi-level:
1. Duke for hiring and tenuring feminazis who are so stupid as to not understand that they and Duke are the establishment and are authority. They were the first group to stir up this.
2. Duke for throwing the team under the bus, ie caving to the feminazis. That made it look to the local community like Duke knew a rape had been committed. It would have been wrong anyway to punish 48 for the crime of 3, but it added fuel to this mess.
3. Nifong for using a case a a vehicle to try to win an election. And I agree with you singling him out. He is the worst and most at fault.
4. Ms. Mangum, she afterall is the one who made up this lie and started it all.
5. The race baiting groups who followed the lead of the feminazis at Duke.

How is it that so many in the MSM fail to recognize that the players have never changed their positions on the incident yet Crystal and her crowd keep changing their stories?
She sees a pic of him with a mustache...says that looks like him, except for the mustache.....defense source says he didn't have a mustache that night. So, how is that good?
Of course they're all to blame, but without Nifong's 70+ press statements, I doubt we would have heard much about it down here in Mississippi.
The Duke U president didn't need to fold like a cheap suit either.
Fair enough although I did neglect to mention the rioters if there is a riot on my list. Ultimately the rioters are responsible for rioting.
