What is also interesting in this document that the Iraqi Intelligence Service obtained the information from a Double Agent who was given the information of the attack targets by Western Intelligence Services and was asked to spy on their behalf to monitor these targets.

First the Russians have a spy, now the Iraqis have a double agent. In addition to learning about the WMD and links to al qaeda, the documents are also telling us something of our own intelligence agencies.

I googled "Mosel iraq WMD" because I thought something about Mosel stuck out in my mind (I believe it's where Uday and Qusay were killed) and came up with this crazy document:
