They categorise human beings into white masters and coloured slaves. This is why they established institutions and enacted laws to maintain their supremacy by creating the United Nations and the veto power... I guess that means the PRC and the Chinese are part of the "White Master Race".
Somehow I don't think the ChiComs in Beijing are going to be very happy with this speech.
