This article makes abundant sense, except that he mentions several times the impact on 'poor, unskilled' black men. They are poor because they are unskilled and, yet, for some unexplained reason they remain unskilled. Time to change that, IMHO.
Illegal immigration only makes things worse for them, but they are two much like sheep to buck the self-anointed 'Black Leadership' in bed with the Democratic Party.
