Report: McKinney struck officer with 'closed fist'

The official police report on Rep. Cynthia McKinney's clash with a Capitol Hill police officer three weeks ago says the DeKalb County congresswoman struck the officer "in his chest with (a) closed fist."

The "event report" — obtained Tuesday by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution — describes the altercation as an assault on a police officer. The officer involved in the incident, identified as Paul McKenna, filed the report with his supervisors immediately after the incident occurred at 8:55 a.m. March 29.

The report for the first time provides specific details of what happened when McKenna tried to stop McKinney from going around a security checkpoint at a House office building.

1. I strongly suggest you look at the picture that post was written regarding. If that's not a twin of Butterfly McQueen, I don't know what is.

2. Why is the minuscule slightest hint of, dare I say (ever so quietly) racism so horrible, but hitting a police officer then claiming you should get away with it because you are Black OK?

3. Negro is a perfectly acceptable scientific identification term for Mz. McKinney. Would you take offense at being called a Caucasian, (assuming you are)?

4. The Republican Party never has offended or repulsed the Black vote. We do however, have little appeal for those who expect government handouts at every turn, who believe Jessie Jackson's lie that Black people can't be successful without White people's tax money to support them and that all Black people living today deserve to be given hundreds of thousands of dollars in reparations for a practice that was ended in 1865.

On the other hand, we do very well among Black (and White, and Yellow and Red and Brown) middle class hard working people who believe that the government that governs least governs best and all we want is the opportunity to succeed, not government handouts like the Dems want.

5. You signed up yesterday and call yourself a Sensible Liberal. If you had any sense, you would not be a liberal.

McKinney's age — 51 — is also reported incorrectly. The report lists her as 40.

As opposed to an OPEN-handed fist? A fist is, by definition, closed.

Maybe it was one of those loose sissy fists with thumb on top, the kind Ted Kennedy (and other donks) shakes while making a speech. More likey it was a tight fist.

"Clenched", I believe is the proper term, but the PC news editors put the kibbosh on that and chose "closed" instead.

Notice I don't use the term African-American, just the same as I don't call myself a German-Scotch-Irish-American.

What connection do you have to Africa? Born there? Parents born there. If we want to trace civilization to its roots, we are all African ancestry.

In a world where 100 million Muslims want to convert us or kill us because we are Americans, I don't have any place in my vocabulary for being an Anything Hyphenated-American.

PS, I have been back to Africa with American black people a number of times. I am white. The most interesting two things were that Africans look with great disdain on American Blacks. The mantra heard most often was, "You are the son of cowardly losers on the battlefield. I am the son of brave kings and victors."

In addition, stand an American white, an American Black and an African Black next to each other and the American Black resembles the American white much more than he does the African Black.

PS, Why do I use the terms Black and Negro; as opposed to African American? Black and Negro were the terms Dr. King told me he preferred when I interviewed him in 1965.

They have video & direct witnesses to this assault....and she's still free as a bird.

These two Duke students have no witnesses to the alleged incident, and no DNA evidence, but they just had to pay a 400,000 bail bond!
