Police arrested a 56-year-old elementary school teacher Friday afternoon for allegedly fondling at least five girls under the age of 10 during classes.

Kenneth Anderson, 56, of Vacaville, a teacher at Callison Elementary School, was arrested at his home, said Sgt. Charlie Spruill, on 15 counts of committing lewd and lascivious acts on a minor. Spruill did not know what grade Anderson teaches, but the school's Web site lists him as a fourth-grade teacher.

Anderson, who has been with the district 18 years, allegedly fondled the girls either on top of or underneath their clothing "on what we would term intimate parts of the body,''

Mr. Louis V. Slugger and I would be happy to offer counseling to poor Mr. Anderson.

Geez....not this sh!t again.

I never had much respect for teachers to start with... but with all these cases of molestation and sex, I about to write off the whole profession as deviant.

I would say mandatory physical castration is an appropriate punishment for this scumbucket. None of that chemical crap, cut them off.

If he did it, hang the bastard.

If he didn't do it, hang the bastards that put the false accusers up to it.

...on 15 counts of committing and lascivious acts on a minor.

What?!?! This isn't legal and/or endorsed in San Francisco yet?!?! How else will they get kids screwed up enough to be "one of them" later in life? No doubt an oversight in the S.F. law, to be changed soon...

This was in Vacaville not SF. Vacaville is more in the center of the valley not on the coast and SF law doesn't apply there, or anywhere elasei the state except for SF. I would think that is the way it works in most states, each city has it's own laws, wouldn't you agree?

"elasei"? if that's not a word, it should be -- osunds real classy! (now you've got me doing it!)

Hey, at least with Vacaville, when you molest someone, it's just a short ride to the slammer... ;)

This stuff has been going on for years

The media/press just doesn't make a big deal about it ... and the unions/schools just will just transfer the teacher

So it probably is legal and endorsed in S.F.

Sorry about that, "elasei" should have been "else in", as in anywhere else in the state! I was merely pointing out that all cities in CA are NOT SF and do not follow SF law. Vacaville will most likely hammer this guy. Actually I would think he has violated state law.

I have no idea if it is legal in SF. I would think they haven't gotten to that point yet, but what you fail to grasp is that SF is not the whole state of CA and we do not follow SF law outside of that city. I would imagine this guy has violated state law and will be proscecuted under the state statutes rather than a city ordinance. This was what I was trying to point out but you seem to keep coming back to SF as if it was the only city in the state of CA.

I would say you have a problem with CA and wish to tar us all with the same brush, one stamped SF.
