Forward the info to the local chapter of the NAACP, demand their intervention. If you don't get any help (likely), then take it to your local news agency and get them to write up a story. (hopefully they will) That way you get to nail the racist teacher and point out the hypocrisy of the NAACP at the same time.

Just an idea.
