The state of California never got the money back.
Of course, politicians find a way to get it, then harmlessly bow out.

Texas isn't the only state that is turning their
highways for toll, over to foreign investors.
I read, there's a huge stink in Indiana too.

You've been posting some pretty impressive posts lately. I don't always reply to the large informative ones because I don't have anything to add.

I don't like the idea of foreign investors taking over something like this Trans Texas thing. That, and the fact they are destroying people's homes, ranches and farmlands.

Falzett criticizes Herger on Immigration-California Political Desk- Wally Herger’s recent position in a news article on immigration was that the law is being broken. He also explained that he voted for a tougher bill in the House than he thought was necessary because he knew the Senate would “water it down”. Bill Falzett, a Democratic opponent for the Congressional seat now occupied by Wally Herger, called Herger’s position on immigration oversimplified, naive, and misleading. Falzett believes that people should say what they mean and vote for what they agree with.
