A boot in the arse is the only way, BECAUSE...
The use of "Black Flag" on a
bummer of a governor is illegal. (sarcastic poetry)

Hey, how has the weather been. I heard parts of
Texas have had rolling power black outs?

Yes, we actually had a blackout in one area of our city yesterday! My brother, in Houston, sent out an alert about probable rolling blackouts there today.
The explanation is that the power companies are doing 'work and upgrading' during this early spring period! If it's already around 90* here in April I dread later on!

Napolitano is a sick one.

Rolling power black outs...
Strange, but that's how it got started in California, that led to about a 30 billion drain on the state's treasury. Later led to the recall of then Gov. Davis, then replaced by the "Terminator." Wacky, huh!
To: Smartass
I remember it well but I believe power sources from outside California were cutting them off or something. Hope that doesn't happen here.
Perry's in enough trouble with his Trans Texas highway which most people don't want.

I really did a bad job on that table I posted.
I haven't used tables for a few months, and
it really showed! YUK!

The state of California never got the money back.
Of course, politicians find a way to get it, then harmlessly bow out.
Texas isn't the only state that is turning their
highways for toll, over to foreign investors.
I read, there's a huge stink in Indiana too.
To: Smartass
You've been posting some pretty impressive posts lately. I don't always reply to the large informative ones because I don't have anything to add.
I don't like the idea of foreign investors taking over something like this Trans Texas thing. That, and the fact they are destroying people's homes, ranches and farmlands.

The contracts are written for a long, long time. So long, later generations won't be able to keep track of the expiration dates. If the land was taken from Americans, using taxpayer monies, for public use, then it should remain within the state's domain. (poetry)
Foreign contracts don't pass the kick back smell test!
To: Smartass
Ya, I'd like to know what's in it for Perry! He's so gung-ho to get it done. He's great to look at but not our favorite Governor!

And the excuse she gives is so insulting...
an endless circular argument about law enforcement.
Law enforcement would love the "burden" of enforcing the law; just ask L.A.P.D.
