Congress seems to be 'on vacation' more than they are in session. Wish I had a job like that!

They are shameless...they took off from Thanksgiving through Christmas...now they are taking two weeks again? After a big bipartisan announcement that they are "close" on a new immigration bill...what a joke. I think we should demand new candidates for every seat. I am sick of Congress peeing on my leg and telling me that it is raining.

I would never want any employer to be relieved that I was OFF DUTY and could no longer screw everything up.

I wish Congress and the Senate had a Job just like us, I wish that they had to abide by every Law that they pass on to us, and I Pray that one day a Congress Critter, Senator and President will come together and say that it is so!

Those Regulations (One of which tied up 1/3 of the Worlds Clean Burning (Low Sulfur) Coal) did not seem to shake rattle or roll the Congress, Senate or the Supreme Court, if President GW Bush were to sign into Law that all Congress and Senate were bound by the same rules and Laws that they pass on the rest of us (I know it is much more complicated than that) he would be flayed and his carcass burned in Times Square.

You should be damn glad they're on vacation. They can't steal your wallet and your freedom while they're away from the Capitol. Maybe instead of an armed revolt, we just form a ring around the city and keep them from going back to work. That may be the best, least harmful solution to keeping these b@$t@rds out of our lives.
