That got my attention too. I'm a lawyer with considerable experience in civil rights litigation. These guys have a problem - there are too many witnesses, and the last thing a defense attorney wants to do is cross-examine a bunch of children in front of a jury. I expect the lawsuit will be settled, the perps disciplined and this mess to be a subject of training sessions.

There will be a lot of explaining - HS will be explaining that all of those witnesses that agree with the handcuffed person's story are wrong.
I've come across too many people who were hired after 9/11 in some kind of security capacity, that probably would be doing good to handle the cash register at a McDonald's. The airports are really bad. I've seen people doing their nails, catching up on gossip, etc., that should have been doing their job.
