1. I don't know who Kris Kobach is.
2. I didn't need him to tell me that any proposed law requiring illegals to go back to their home countries before applying to come back in is bull crap. They didn't bother to respect our laws coming in. Why does anyone think they'll respect a law requiring them to leave? And what provisions will our esteemed senators put in the bill to force them to leave? Answer: None.

good point. this thing will cost a fortune in processing the illegals who will become legal. wonderful. i hate this congress. they NEVER listen. i will NEVER vote republican again. i mean it. i am so fed up near dems and total dems. its all about the money.
