...I personally know someone who works in politics in DC, and has seen Ted Kennedy dozens of times over the past few years, and he's been drunk EVERY time. (I asked three times "EVERY time?" and he said "Yup.") The guy's brain must look like a lump of Swiss cheese by now. No way he can write a book. The last few times I've seen or heard him, he could barely speak coherently.
