The problem with a third party is there have never been enough people in it to stand a chance of beating the original two. Nobody wants to waste their vote so they hold their nose and vote for the best of the two .

Its getting so the stench from the Two parties is so strong even holding the nose wont do. There isnt a decent candidate running in either party that has yet been named.

Yeah, I understand that problem, I've been doing the same myself. However, I think there were other parties before that were replaced by a third. My memory may not be correct, but I beleive it's so. Would love to hear someone who knows explain how it happened. I think the time is ripe, as people on both sides of the aisle are not happy....
