Lol, I had a wicked thought: Bf breeds snakes. The boxes need to be continually changed, along with the boxes we raise feeder mice in. For a good meal and a roof, I think we could arrange to sponsor someone to help us out. Bf is a recommended black belt in case our houseperson gets a little "funny". He/she messes with my momma's jewelry, I'll hurt him/her. Really hurt.

Second thought, what's the point of all that aggravation? We'll muddle along best we can.

Lets see, we've been discussing this for a few years here on FR. They are presently coming in at about 5 million a year plus the million or so visa overstays. It is laughable that people are still using the 10 million figure.

Even more laughable that the US Senate is going to pass legislation when they don't have a clue about what is going on.

I think the wakeup call will come in November.
With seventy to eighty percent of the electorate against the illegals,
the GOP has to be hurting in the piggy bank...
I know I've cut off any donations until I see some dramatic action.
And I certainly won't be working for the party like I have in the past if there isn't...

Oh hell Dane, we have modern railcars these days, complete with cocktails and air conditioning. Grow up. No one is advocating the abuse of another human being.

Fox News has been talking up guest worker-amnesty since last week. First, Fred Barnes shows how unconservative he really is. Next, Bill Kristol said today, he's for liberal immigration policy. Even Brit Hume was caught rationalizing how a guest worker program is not amnesty. And of course old Mort Kondracke is pushing for liberal amnesty at any cost. I'd say FoxNews is defintiely siding with Bush on this issue, BIGTIME!

Yep. I turned off Fox News Sunday yesterday, it sounded like an ABCBSNBC rat only show...disgusting.

I came to live in the United States because it was a country which upheld its laws and enforced them.

It is a place where we all know where we stand and if we choose to break those laws, we know there are consequences.

That is now past and Congress is actually voting to allow people who have already broken laws to stay among us.

This is wrong no matter how often it is argued. The illegal people have made a mockery out of the legal system in the country - and much worse made a mockery out of the humanitarian desire to help others by the American people.

Enough. It is now time to put an end to it and begin a new beginning. The right way. The legal way.
