Both polls are "push" polls---trying to drum up support for a losing position through the "me-too" effect. Note the nebulosity of the form of legalization. If this were a legitimate poll, there would be followup questions about exactly what form of "legalization" is acceptable.

For me, the only way for these folks to become "legal" is to GO HOME, and if they want to become REAL IMMIGRANTS, to go through the LEGAL immigration process.

The MSM take many polls with college students and perhaps this "more educated" was an homage to the little darlings who are having their brains wiped empty by the 90% college professors who are eekingly lib.
