What she is saying is that she didn't have to show her little ID pass to get around security.

Don't you know that if you are a black congressperson you should not have to abide by the same rules as the white ones and therefor you have every right to attack the police if they question you.

Didn't Pelosi say that the incident had been carefully reviewed and that the guard was not at fault?

All she had to do is identify herself as a member of Congress. Is she too big for that?

Careful how you answer that, Cindy will break out the "People of Size" card.

Good points!! No one is in any way 'responsible' for the words or actions of someone else who merely happens to share natural physical characteristics, whether it be race, age, genitalia, whatever. The only time it is relevant to talk about someone's responsibility to "clean up" the mess of others in a group is if that group has been voluntarily chosen through shared activity, such as a political party, etc. Certainly it is relevant to say that DEMOCRATS should be pushed to either affirm or disavow McKinney's words and behavior, since they claim to share an agenda and a political party. But it cannot be expected that "black conservatives" bear the slightest responsibility for the moonbat leftists who happen to be black. Anyway, if the wise words of Thomas Sowell and Walter Williams have not made any inroads with the likes of McKinney and her supporters, I cannot imagine that anything else will succeed, either.

"How many people can recognize quickly on sight that many people?"

I am about to fly to a professional conference where I will 'know' probably 500+ of the 1000 or so attendees - yet I will be anxiously trying to sneak peaks at name badges because I know from past experience that I cannot possibly connect face and name hundreds of times without some "outside assistance" such a the name badge. I don't see how the Capitol Police can possibly function with various Congresscritters rushing past checkpoints expecting to be recognized at a glance....... or maybe McKinney is the only one who does that!!

When did the puckering anus say that? Last I heard she was saying it was "unfortunate" the "guard" didn't recognize McKinney and it was "no big deal".

The most believable version of this story I have read is that McKinney blew past the metal detector in a hurry, the officer did not know who she was (and that is really a moot point) so he called out to her more than once and McKinney kept walking. So, doing his job, he came up behind this person walking fast and ignoring him and placed his hand on her arm, at which point McKinney did something involving her hand holding a cellphone and the officer's chest.

There is simply NO WAY this had anything to do with racism and to call it ASSAULT is ridiculous in the extreme. What McKinney did may fall into the category of assault.

Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi called the incident "a mistake, an unfortunate lack of recognition of a member of Congress." She added that the police officer was not at fault.

he said the police responsible for protecting lawmakers should recognize them on sight.

So all a terrorist group would have to do is come up with a good imposture? Wave themselves through without an ID badge and well.... Wreak havoc?

McKinney is without a doubt the biggest, dumbest imbecile ever elected to Congress.

And now, as we wait for the security tape to tell the tale, it's always fun to be reminded of WHO FUNDS CYNTHIA MCKINNEY?
