Students are entitled to form their own school clubs with the permission of their parents and school administration. Lowell has a Revolution Youth Group, Agape Club (christian), and Young Republicans Club. Would you say that the Christians and the Republicans have taken over the school, too?

No. But with the way Public Education is, I'm suprised they're allowed.
