As long as they're not select fire Civilians in states that allow it can buy select-fire MGs registered before 1986 like the article says. There are only a few states that allow only non-select-fire(full auto only) MGs like CT.

It's the same state where any gun that has Kalashnikov written on itis banned, period. Which is why I have had to settle for my Romanian SAR2.
