Today, civilians can legally buy only machine guns

As long as they're not select fire

"It can be fun, but it's harder to hit things than you think,"

That's true for just about all guns.

They also sell non-NFA(regular) firearms and accessories. I'm still waiting for them to get the new FN FS2000 and SIG556 rifles in.

Oh GOD would that be fun. I can even see exactly how it would pan out:

"Nyah, copper! You'll never take me alive, see! I'm coming out with both fists blazin', seeeee!"

In my gun club [in Massachusetts, no less] there was a guy with a legally owned SMG. He would come to the range about once a month, burn through $50 [some 400 rounds] of 9mm ammo in maybe 10 or 15 minutes, and leave till his next sighting. He didn't reload, even. Shooting full auto is fun, but is on the pricey side.

And the odd-looking PS90 is a civilian version of a weapon used by the Secret Service.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"PS90"? Whazzat?
I Googled for an image of "PS90" (expecting to get a pic of some old elementary school) and got all sorts of (non-firearm) pix -- including one of a blonde I definitely wouldn't post here...
On a guess the gun-ignorant reporterette meant the FN P90, I tried "P90":
Seems that it was only a day or so ago that another ignorant article by this same gundummybimbo was posted here on FR...
Isn't Missouri the state that passed the law that basically allowed people to build new automatic weapons (or something along those lines)?
