Farese doesn't (lose most of the time). Farese represented many of those that were involved with the Martin Frankel debacle here in Mississippi along with Joey Langston. I have seen what should have been slam dunks for the prosecution go down the tubes when the Farese family was representing someone.

Mary Winkler allowed private visitation with husband

Mary Winkler was escorted to the funeral home at approximately 5:00 a.m. for a private moment with her husband. According to sources at the scene, Mrs. Winkler was quiet but emotional.

Reports indicate that the early morning visit was arranged to avoid media attention.

I do not know anything about Farese at all, in fact have never heard of him.

Wonder who is paying for these guys? Just realized that my finger got stuck on the o's as in lose.
