I have no trouble believing that employers should obey the law. Seems like a pretty elementary proposition to me. Or are farmers and owners of janitorial services above the law?

Interesting. In my gated community in north central Florida, our lawn work is done by caucasian Americans. In my last home, a gated community in Sarasota, our lawn work was done by caucasian Americans.
