The "rule of law" here would also include border security and protection of national sovereignty. Bush and the government as a whole are not upholding the rule of law re the illegal alien invasion.
Our budget is another example: 67% of our budget goes toward social welfare and 18% toward Defense. Reversing that and using the military to protect our borders and national sovereignty would be the proper agenda.
We may not be like Sweden yet, but it is coming, as this admin and past admins have abandoned the rule of law, have sacked national sovereignty and have changed this nation into a statist, socialist form of government.
