How do you make someone want to live as an american, when they come here thinking the land they are on is their own? And we are occupiers and oppressors and they wave the Mexican Flag while demanding their social welfare payment???????
They don't want to live american... they want all the benefit without any of the responsibility....

Somebody needs to tell the quisling senate that an amnesty is anarchy, but they'll pretend what their second rate committee passed was not one. It's up to the house of representatives to stop this madness.
Everybody is juggling, in some fashion or another, how to handle the "amnesty" hot potato. So pay a $1,000 fine, learn English, and you will be forgiven your past sins? Or is the alien intruder, once caught, marched back to the border and released? Do we bring sanctions so harsh against the employers of alien intruders, they are driven out of business?
Or just call it something besides "amnesty"? And of course, just let what is already happening, continue to proceed, which is to avert our eyes and do only a minimum to control borders, as more and more Mexicans and other nationalities stream into our country unchecked.
It is within memory, that it was extremely difficult to enter this country and remain as a resident alien who could work at legal and gainful employment, and even more difficult to gain citizenship. The limits apparently were relaxed only quite recently, and there seems to be little motivation to re-institute those previous restrictions.
Why can't we make it less attractive for illegals to come and to stay?
Why can't we-
1. Close the borders.
2. Issue federal ID cards to the illegals.
3. Tax the sh*t out of them to pay for the social services they suck up.
4. NO RIGHT TO VOTE- EVER.
5. Commit a felony - banished to Mexico for life.
6. First generation spawn of illegals - NOT CITIZENS.
7. LEARN ENGLISH or be sent back to Mexico.
8. Oath of allegiance to the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
Kinda makes it difficult to paint Arnold as 'anti-immigrant', doesn't it?
Am I being too paranoid? How many left-wing fundamentalists are willing to sacrifice American lives just so they can destroy or weaken the Republican party?
